3D-printing rolling stock
3D-Printing your freight cars at home is much cheaper and more fun than buying ready-made.

3D printing has come a long way in its development, both in terms of low machine price and high quality of plastic and resolution. With today's machines, it is no more difficult to print the carriages for your Model Railway than to print text on A4 paper.

Starting in 2023, we have started designing printable 3D models for the average home user. Today, there are over 2,000 models to print. You buy the drawing in theme-based sets at cost price from CG Trader. You pay a one-time fee for the set. After that, you can print exactly as many poles, houses, platforms or freight cars as you need for your model railway. The resin cost is vanishingly low. Usually only a few cents per printed detail.
